Ubuntu Linux installs relatively easily on the T60 and T60 variants. Restricted drivers may need to be enabled from the Restricted Drivers item in the menu, but only for certain hardware configurations. Note that CCIT doesn't offer support for Linux installations, so installing it is left to the end user. Click on Clemson:Wireless for instructions on connecting to the wireless network.
